Often when we are grieving the loss of someone we love, we are filled with anxiety that wherever they are, they are ok. We also want to look for signs that we will be ok.
So when you are asking for a sign, you might want to start with nature. The animal kingdom and animal medicine can be quite healing.
Dave Roberts is a psychology professor and he is a bereaved father. His introduction to this spiritual connection to nature changed everything for him in his grief journey. Take a listen to our conversation. I think you will find it quite fascinating.
David J. Roberts, LMSW, became a parent who experienced the death of a child, when his daughter Jeannine died of cancer on 3/1/03 at the age of 18.
