Let’s talk about it! Yes, IT… Grief.
Let’s talk about it so we can get comfortable and not fear it when it comes to you next time.
I can’t think of a better person to talk about this subject than Anne DeButte. Anne is a grief and loss coach, author, podcast host and my co-host for our Thursday afternoon chats on grief each week on Clubhouse.
So let’s talk about grief, shall we?
Anne is a grief and loss coach who specializes in supporting adults through the grieving process. Anne believes that there’s nothing more important than honoring our losses and creating ways to heal our hearts so we can move forward into new lives without forgetting our loved ones.
She hosts a podcast called Let’s Talk About Grief where she interviews guests about how they’ve navigated their own grief journeys after losing someone close to them. The goal of her show is to normalize and not fear the grieving process. She is also an author of Grief’s Abyss Finding your Pathway to Peace.
Anne is a graduate of the Grief Coach Academy and a former nurse. She calls herself a Dilettante of learning and has certificates in wellbeing, positive psychology, grief & loss and trauma. All off which benefit her clients.
